About me
I live in a small town in Indiana with my husband, children and my Poodles. I do not make my living by selling puppies, I have a nice job in the medical field for that. I raise Poodle puppies because I believe Poodles are the ideal pets, and I enjoy every aspect of raising properly cared for, well socialized, healthy companions for Poodle lovers like me.
My puppies
I work very hard caring for my puppies and make every effort to keep them happy and healthy. Each litter is carefully planned to be sure I am available to care for both the mother and her puppies. All pups are taken to my veterinarian for their vaccinations while they are in my care. My vet also performs the removal of dewclaws on all my puppies.
Puppies are always kept clean and well groomed. Every precaution is taken to prevent common canine illness and disease. Your Spotlight puppy will be completely healthy.
Socialization
Many breeders keep large numbers of dogs in order to increase the number of puppies they produce. More often than not, these dogs and pups are housed in kennels. While kennels are convenient for the breeder, they are not the ideal situation for the dogs and puppies for obvious reasons. I believe that if you are looking for a pet to share your life and home with you are well served to look for a breeder who raises puppies in a home environment, not a kennel. I own only Poodles, they are my pets and live in my home with my family and me.
My puppies are well socialized from birth. They are handled, held, petted and nurtured each and every day. They learn that people are to be trusted, loved and followed. Spotlight Poodle puppies learn to interact with, respond to and depend on humans. This bond with humans is my ultimate goal since I consider it a requirement for an exceptional companion and a happy, healthy relationship between pets and their people. I believe that this early and constant human contact is what sets my puppies apart from their kennel-raised counterparts.
In addition to socialization and enrichment, Spotlight puppies are given early neurological stimulation to develop high achievers with:
* Improved cardio vascular performance
* Stronger heart beats
* Stronger adrenal glands
* More tolerance to stress
* Greater resistance to disease.
I devote myself to these puppies and pride myself on providing wonderful companions to loving, responsible homes. If you are interested in one of my puppies, I will have many questions for you regarding your lifestyle, pet-owning experience, Poodle knowledge and other important issues. My puppies rely on me to determine which homes are best for them and I am dedicated to providing them with wonderful homes where they will have amazing futures.
